After refitting my house for 3 years and being let down by 2 former companies, one of which had ripped out my old banister. I was left stranded with a very dangerous open landing. The former company had not only incorrectly sized an expensive newal post but were about to install glass that did not adhere to building regulations making it very dangerous.
After finding DD Glass Balustrades and explaining the problem with Nathan, I received nothing but a first class service. He immediately recited the height and thickness required that I needed to adhere to the building regulations, arranged a quote and checked I was happy at every juncture. He chased the supplier and fitter to ensure a very reasonable price and confirmed a date for installation. The attention to detail and finish is amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their standard of expertise, workmanship and customer service is absolutely outstanding even down to their curtesy of removing their shoes and ensuring a through clean up after.
